Detox vegan diet is followed by people who often suffer from some sort of illness for a period of time. They switch to a detox diet to make sure that everything they eat has a high nutrient profile. People following a detox diet cut out coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks and increases the consumption of water and herbal teas.

High Carb Low Fat Vegan Diet

This particular vegan diet mainly focuses on whole-plant based foods that make the diet high in carbohydrates. Many experts are recommending a high carb low-fat vegan diet because it is healthy for your body. You can include a lot of fruits, vegetables, legumes nuts, etc. in this diet.

SOS-Free Plant-Based Diet

The SOS stands for sugar, oil, and salt. This vegan diet was popularized by Dr. Alan Goldhammer. This particular vegan diet focuses mainly on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, lentils, etc.
